Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026. This policy explains what information the Left 2 Die app (Android package com.PlanZ.Left2Die), made by Augmental Vision ("we"), collects and how it is used.
Your account
When you start the game you can Sign in with Google or Play as Guest.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email address, name and a Google account identifier. We use them only to create and recognise your game account so your progress can be restored on any phone. We do not receive your Google password.
Guest accounts use a random player ID and are kept only on that phone.
Game progress (cloud save)
Your game progress (in-game cash, revive tokens, unlocked skins and pets, campaign progress, settings such as language, and whether you bought Remove Ads) is stored with Unity Gaming Services (Unity Authentication and Cloud Save) under your player ID, so it can be restored after a reinstall or on a new phone.
Online play
Online co-op and versus use Unity Relay and Lobby to connect players. The name you enter and in-game actions are shared with the other players in your session.
Advertising
The app shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), Unity Ads and Google AdMob. These providers may collect device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address, device and app information and ad interactions to show, measure and personalise ads and to prevent fraud. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings. Their policies: Unity, ironSource, Google.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details; we only receive confirmation of what was bought so we can deliver it.
Diagnostics
If the app crashes or hits an error, Unity may collect technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version and the error details, to help us fix problems.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers above, to run the game, or if required by law.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account and progress while your account exists. You can delete your account and all saved progress at any time in the game (ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT) or by following the steps on our Delete Account page.
Children
Left 2 Die is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored by our providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
