Delete your Left 2 Die account

This page explains how to delete your Left 2 Die account (developer: Augmental Vision) and the data linked to it.

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Left 2 Die and tap ACCOUNT on the title screen.
2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm.

Your account and all of its cloud-saved progress are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email augmentalvision@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Left 2 Die account". Send it from the Gmail address you sign in with (or include the Player ID shown on the ACCOUNT screen). We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your player account, your linked Google sign-in (email, name, account ID) and all saved progress: in-game cash, revive tokens, skins, pets, campaign progress and settings. Nothing is kept afterwards, except where we are required to keep records by law. Google Play purchase records are kept by Google, not by us.
